Bidan Damenggo

Today's forecast was said to rain, but unfortunately that wasn't the case, instead all we had was wind. Hubby decided to rearrange his man cave while the kitchen was calling my name to do some baking. I opened up one of my favorite collection cookbook to see what to make. Rosku, is what I found. What is Rosku? Rosku is like cakey/cookie type of pastry. Is it pastry? Idk, but I think it is. Anyways, as I was growing up, I remembered it as a moon shaped cakey/cookie kind. It goes great with coffee! Oh yes, it does!  Only when I moved out here in the Mainland that I learned how to make it.
